Let Purplepass put in the hard work and create your events for you. If you have an event that repeats, easily enter the schedule into our system and Purplepass will automatically build out all of your events for you.

Build out custom packaged season passes that span multiple events
This can be used in a variety of ways beyond standard season passes. Season passes support assigned seating and general admission.
For assigned seating events, your guests will be able to select their own seat for each event that is within the pass. If your season has several productions with many show times for each one, you can even allow the guest to choose their own show time for each production then choose their own seat for each.
Automate the dreaded task of managing group sales
Stop having people call in or fill out “Group Purchase” forms. Purplepass has several ways to offersimple and automated group ticketing that allow guests to purchase large blocks of tickets, typically at a discount, themselves online or over the phone.
A few preferred methods for group ticketing involve using “auto-triggering” discounts which will automatically apply the group discount rate on orders exceeding a certain number of tickets. If you offer a 15% discount on orders of 10 or more tickets, this discount would be automatically applied. Another popular way is offering pre-defined packages which sells blocks of tickets at a fixed price.
Create an event that requires payment. Customers can pay online or over the phone using any Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card. As the event organizer, you can process sales on the back end via credit card, cash, check, gift card, voucher, or you can even COMP the order.
Create pre-defined packaged deals for your customers
You can create packaged deals where customers can purchase a single item and receive everything within that package. We recommend this for events offering weekend passes, family packs, or special package deals including bonus items such as merchandise and memorabilia.
Reservation & Free Events
Reservation mode allows your guests reserve GA tickets or reserved seats but pay for them later.
As the event organizer, you can process payments later through your promoter login via credit card, cash, check, gift cards, vouchers, or even just COMP the transaction. This is excellent if you want to allow your guests to mail in checks, pay by cash later, or even if you are a school or organization that wants to charge the tickets to their account.
Free Events/rsvp Only
If you are doing an event where you do not want to charge and instead just want people to register or RSVP, you can create a free RSVP only event.
Guests are still required to select the number of tickets they want and enter their information to complete the order, despite not paying for anything. We also do not charge any service fees on RSVP events
Multiple Ticket Types
You can create as many ticket options as you with – There is no limit. Create general admission, adult tickets, children tickets, military discounts, VIP tickets, early admission, parking, packages, season passes…you name it!
Let’s face it – Plans change and dealing with a guest’s requests to change their tickets is something you will likely have to handle. You can easily transfer your guests to different ticket options from within the same event (e.g. Transfer Friday tickets to Saturday tickets) or move them to an entirely new event. Once the tickets are transferred, the system will generate new tickets and send an updated confirmation to your guest with the updated information.
This ticket option allows you to sell tickets to an event where seats aren’t assigned. The guest simply buys a ticket, enters the event, and has a great time! With General Admission events, you can still sell different price points and sections such as GA, VIP, Front-of-line access, etc.
Assigned seating events have an interactive seating map where guests can choose their exact seat at the event. Our seating system can be used for various other things such as selling whole tables, booths for conferences, and even camping spots for outdoor festivals and parks.
Hybrid with both GA and assigned seating
Our powerful assigned seating system allows for events that sell a combination of assigned seating and general admission. For example, you can choose to sell the section closest to the stage as assigned seating and then the back of the venue on a first-come-first-serve general admission basis.
Indicate tickets avaialbe at the door
Automatically indicate that tickets are available at the door if tickets remain after online sales end
When you enable this feature, the system will automatically indicate to the customer that tickets are still available for purchase at the event if online sale ended but not all of the tickets were sold.
Custom Status For Ticket Types
This makes the ticket live and available for purchase
This will mark the ticket option as sold out
This will allow you to create ticket types and hide them
from the public. This is great for when you want to sell
tickets in the box office but not online or if you want to
create special tickets that are only available as part of
Disabled with custom message
You can disable a ticket type with a special message. A
great example of this is to disable a ticket once it’s
sold out and include a message telling customers that
tickets are still available at the door or that the can be
added to a wait-list
Show Remaining Tickets
Show remaining tickets to instill urgency as tickets are selling out
Sometimes letting guests know how many tickets are left will help them to realize they need to buy ASAP if the tickets are about to sell out.
Ability To Define Ticket Color
Ability to define color of thermal tickets to use (7 colors) for shipped tickets
Since we print and ship tickets in-house, you can define which color ticket stock we should use for a particular ticket type when a customer chooses to have tickets printed and shipped to them. We currently offer thermal ticket stock in 7 different colors, allowing you to use different colored tickets for different price points (e.g. GA will be blue and VIP will be red).
Set Min And Max For # Of Tickets
That can be purchased by a customer
The ability to set a minimum and maximum number of tickets a single customer can buy serves several purposes. The minimum requirement can be set if you are offering a group discount when buying at least 10 tickets. You can use the maximum to limit the number of tickets a customer can buy for high-demand tickets or just to limit the tickets available to someone in order to avoid scalping.
Allow guests to create their own custom season pass
What makes a flex pass great is the idea that guests can choose which events they want to include in their season pass. A perfect example would be a sporting event that has 15 games in their season where guests can purchase an “Any 3 Games” flex pass. During checkout, your guests can pick the exact 3 games they want to attend.
This is a fantastic solution that works for all types of events. Flex passes can be used for conferences when choosing which workshops to attend, by theatres for selecting performances in the season, and by film fests when looking at the variety of showings they offer. Flex passes are quite flexible- pun intended!
